Not going to be in during the day
If you are not going to be in during the day and don't want the inconvenience of collecting your parcel from the depot if you miss your delivery we can deliver to your work address as long as your state your billing address first when ordering. Don't worry its very discreet, scroll to the bottom of this page to see of how your order will look.

Delivery Charges
Delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses on all orders over £30.

Delivery to mainland UK addresses for orders under £30 costs £2.95

How long does it take to arrive
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

Delivery to UK mainland address takes 1-3 working days (Royal Mail advice 92% of first class mail is currently arriving the next day)

All parcels have to be signed for on all of our delivery services

Need your order fast we offer two overnight services.
Overnight by Courier is £5 - Delivery up until 5pm

Overnight by Royal Mail is £6.95 - Delivery by 1pm

Our overnight services are only applicable on a working day. I.E. Monday To Fri. If you select overnight on a Friday you will recieve your order on the Monday.

If you select an item that is out of stock and choose overnight shipping as your method of delivery we will not dispatch your order until all the goods are in stock. If you wish to do a split dispatch order please call the office on 0845 100 3488

Orders must reach us by 4pm for overnight delivery.

Security and Discretion
All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Recorded delivery by Business Post Courier.

Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your goods will be dispatched in a box and will require a signature.

We will email you your tracking number on the day of dispatch

Local Collect Service
Don't want your goods to be delivered at home. Not a problem. Use our Local Collect service. We can address your parcel to over 13000 collection centers. Your goods are dispatched on a first class service to the collection center. Take in some ID and collect it at your convenience.

Stock and Ordering
Goods that are in stock are dispatched same day if you order before 4pm. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock and want to wait a bit longer for delivery, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days.

If your are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.
